Extremely unpunctual, I booked the first appointment and I had to wait 40 minutes until someone came to open the shop. Instead of getting my full hour of treatment that I originally booked, it was just a 20 min quick massage (not professional at all) and I had to come back 3 days after to get the rest of the treatment and on that opportunity I had to wait 15 minutes again. Never received an explanation, apologies or compensation.

A few week's ago, having been working hard, I was in need of some serious pampering, so I treated myself to a facial and manicure at Sloane Avenue Spa. I found the place welcoming and unpretentious. The therapist for my facial was friendly and immediately put me at ease, and having studied my skin, suggested a slightly different treatment to the one I'd thought would be appropriate for me, and I was happy to go with her recommendation. She came across as professional and knowledgeable and it was a relaxing experience. Afterwards I thought my skin looked noticeably clearer and more refined, and had a glow that lasted. Having selected my nail colour I was invited to sit down across from a lovely lady who was so easy to chat to, it was just like catching up with a friend over a cup of tea. She did a great job of tidying up my neglected nails - the polish lasted me through almost two weeks at work before chipping a bit at the tips. I definitely had a good day and will be going again!

I'm regular client of Vivify Beauty for 3 years. My top treatments what I can recommend there are facial and full body massage. Inga - owner and therapist of the salon makes it special with her impressive knowledge about skin and body, new technologies and findings in beauty care. She is top therapist in her field and I like her individual approach. Following personally for me tailored skin care plan and using Environ products I look much younger and would never change it to anything else.If you looking for reliable advise and professional care - choose Vivify Beauty.
