I had a couple of tattoos that needed to be covered up/blasted over and Nicole was very understanding and worked with my ideas to create the tattoo I love. On the day, she was very quick and the lines were crisp and clean- the colours were also vibrant. She was also just a sweet and fun person to talk to! I couldn’t be happier with my arm- thank you so much I’ll be back for more

We booked for matching tattoos with Nicole, we booked over a month in advance and provided the quote, size and style and were told all this was fine so we paid the hefty deposit (£100 each). We were given an approx price based on 4hrs work. On the day Nicole was late, spent 20 minutes designing our tatts in a separate room from us and then brought them in for ‘okaying’. We weren’t ok with her original designs as we’d already sent our specs and had understood they were ok. We had to go with adapted versions because we’d already paid the deposits and Nicole said what we wanted wasn’t possible. She clearly misunderstood us as newbies (our other tatts are hidden) and charged us a large price for 2 hrs work (£350 + £200 deposit) half of which was spent mediating over style and size. Finally, whilst tattooing us she only chatted to her colleagues (not attempting to talk to us) and made a homophobic comment that was called out by her friend. We won’t be returning. Nicole is clearly experienced, the quality of the tatts is not something we wish to diminish. But the experience was not great and we have ended up with tatts we had not expected.
