Had my labret piercing done in croydon by ‘specialist experts’ that I found online and was told my piercing was fine, healing fine - all normal - even in my 7 week check up - my piercing, which was my first, felt off and kept getting irritated after 3 months, I thought it was odd, but hey, two professional studios said its fine! -I found studio gaia on my way home and thought id pop in, get a third opinion, its local and looks cute - why not! and immediately was told my bar is too tight and I came at the right time The piercer changed it and i felt an instant release I hadn’t felt since I first got it pierced! I felt safe, validated and cared for. Its been about a month, its healing perfectly, no complaints, tightness and no irritation! NO ISSUES! I didn't get the piercers name but she was a lovely, professional woman who clearly knows what shes doing - years of experience - she saw I was struggling before I did! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Just had my first tattoo here at a friend recommended Donna Donna was amazing, made me feel so welcomed and at ease. She was so accommodating too. I would love to go back to get a second tattoo would definitely recommend this studio!!

Had 2 designs done by Donna and I love them. Also going back for a 3rd one in two weeks. She’s is very professional and knowledgeable. Donna makes you feel welcome and at ease as soon as you walk in. The shop is very clean and also sells other little items like crystals and jewellery. This is now my go to place for any inks and piercings. Thank you Donna.
