The treatment is to tackle hard to budge areas of fat and to smooth out celulite. I choose to be treated on my sadlebags. Only a small area is treated. The thearapist was really friendly and explained everything very well. she was easy to contact to arrange sessions. I've only had my first one so far so can't tell a big change yet, but am booked in for another 3 sessions. For best results you have to follow a special diet and exercise plan.
