Really very surprised by the previous review. I've been seeing Vanisha at Templewood when I need to for several years now, which roughly equates to a couple of sessions once or twice a year. In fact, I've been going back less and less because Vanisha has shown me exercises and yoga moves that are helping me to help myself. I've also recommended her to colleagues, who have been happy and likewise have recommended her on.

Awful!

I saw Vanisha for 3 years, 2 year of which was once a week at £40 a session, with a painful hip. We didn't bother going through the NHS as i have seen them with back pain before and they pretty much accused me of making it up. Anyway, she kept telling me it was a birth defect due to me being a premature baby and she could make me better with osteopathy. After 3 year I got fed up of paying the money with no results and finally went to the nhs to be told I tore my labrum 3 years ago and that it was obvious what the problem was just from me telling them the symptoms and anyone who knew what they were doing could have diagnosed that! I beg you not to waste your money on them!
