I was there a few weeks ago as I saw good reviews online. Unfortunately, this wasn't my experience. At the beginning the lady at reception left a bad taste in my mouth by insisting on charging me more. They have a deal on the website (still there) that if your massage is before 4pm, then there is a £5 discount. It's not about the £5 as I would have happily tipped £10 if I were happy, but it's the fact that she was scamming me blind. I didn't want to argue as it was supposed to be a relaxing experience. She then wanted me to upgrade to a deep tissue which was more expensive which I declined. Whilst the lady doing the massage was good, she did unfortunately stretch my arms back too much which made them hurt the next day, although apart from that, the massage was nice.

Oh boy, I wish I had read the reviews before booking here. This place is a small house that’s been converted into a massage shop. I noticed a bunch of toothbrushes with toothpaste in the toilet, which made it seem like some of the staff might be living there (something I doubt the Westminster council would have allowed). I didn’t see any local licenses displayed, such as a Special Treatment License, so I suspect they don’t have one. When I arrived, there was laundry hanging on a dryer in the middle of the reception area, and the receptionist looked surprised to see me. She took a while to find my booking, eventually locating it in a journal. Felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The massage room was cold and filled with daylight, with no music playing. I had to ask the therapist to turn on some music, and even then, I needed to ask for it to be louder to drown out the noise from conversations outside the room (it's supposed to be a quiet place!) and on the street. Unfortunately, the massage itself was below average and far from relaxing. Zero Thai vibes. Don't recommend this place
