Anna is the angel sent to save me. I first saw Dr Anna in Feb 22 for RA and FM and it was the best thing I have ever done in my life. Initally diet changes and then I was then put on MIT after blood test, amazingly the pain start to go after just 2 weeks of starting treatment. After 15 years on being near bed bound I was able to start getting on again, Anna has supported me since then with everything that has shown up that were masked by the RA and FM symptons and more. I didn't relize how bad I actually was and how much that was wrong could be sorted, I've run out of fingers to count what Anna has done for me. Anna is so knowledgeable and allways goes beyond expectations. I had trouble with damage to my hip from a fall and Anna suggested a treatment which didn't go as expected. Anna took it upon herself to figure out that I have EMHS/EHS from this. I've had it all my life and never even heard of it but now with the knowledge of what it is I can now moderate it a lot beter. Now I'm up and about and getting on as a 20 year younger me, I've lost 4 to 6 inches off my waist, gained a little weight that I needed and mussle tone. Life around me has also improved as now my partner can get on with her life instead of being my carer. I'm able to help our children with things that I couldn't have with RA, even an engine replacement saving one son thousands. I'm able to work on my own cars again once again saving me thousands over the last year. I can take better care of and do more with my dogs, 5k cross country walks are now possible again. Dr Anna has literally saved me from festering away in bed for the rest of my life, and turned me around to be one of the healthiest for my age. So to sum up, RA, FM, Imflamed stomach, EMHS/EHS, Battery mouth, Leaky sinus, and at least 3 other problems all sorted in under 18 months. I will never be able to show my full appreciation for what you have done for me and the support given, you truely are an angel in disquise.

I absolutely loved having Dr Anna Forbes as my doctor. She has a rare combination of knowledge, presence and an ability to lift you up and motivate you like no other doctor I've met. I can not recommend her enough.

I recently had a Body-Typing or Biochemical Individualism consultation with Dr Anna Forbes. It was a brilliant consultation. Her professional knowledge, warmth and generosity of time are absolutely exemplary. I truly felt listened to and Dr Forbes took her time to explain and expand on things that needed explaining. At no point during the consultation did I feel rushed or inhibited to ask questions as Dr Forbes has a great ability to connect with patients and put them at ease. It was a pleasure to have this consultation and I consider myself privileged to have known Dr Forbes. All in all, full marks for an excellent service delivered by a very accomplished doctor and beautiful inside and out.
