I just had another waxing session with Lauren, and once again, she was fantastic. She’s incredibly professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Her technique is excellent, and she ensures the experience is as comfortable as possible. The salon is spotless and has a welcoming atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a top-quality waxing service!

I went to get a mole removed as they stated on Treatwell that they provide cryotherapy. They did not perform the removal and kept £60 I paid for the removal. I am not the only one, there are other similar reviews. I had checked ahead that a consultation wasn't needed because I have documentation stating that the mole is benign from NHS. I would've happily paid for a consultation but there was no inital consultation to be booked. When I went, 20 minutes before my appointment on a Saturday with my partner and the salon was closed. I had made sure to arrive early cause I could encur costs for not being at my appointment on time. I had told my mum about the appointment and she agreed to join to talking about getting rid of some aging spots. When the aesthetician, Susanne, saw the size of the mole after opening the door at the time of the appointment. she stated it was too large and that they could not remove it and that it was larger than what I had booked for but that regardless, they wouldn't be able to remove it. I said I prebooked and had paid for the service and asked how we resolve it and she stated I have to go through Treatwell. After contacting Treatwell, Treatwell stated that it was actually Greenwhich Spa that needed to contact them. So I sent them an emailing explaining all of this to which I received a call, instead of replying to my email, stating that I needed a consultation and that they wouldn't be refunding me. During the call, Susanne kept stating that would incur fees for contacting Treatwell to get a refund and she wouldn't let me speak! She kept saying the same thing so I firmly stated listen I didn't get the mole removed. As a customer, you pay for the service you receive and I paid £60 quid to get this removed. Melanie stated in her email, this morning, after I reached out a second time: "Had you consulted us beforehand, you would have only lost £10. You could have emailed us pictures for advice prior to booking, but that wasn't done either. As a result, you took up time and resources from our therapist and treatment room, and we are within our rights to retain your upfront payment, as outlined in our terms and conditions." What terms and conditions? There is no such mention on Treatwell or their site and furthermore it states on their I should have received a consultation form I did not received. Had anything been outlined that would give the right to retain my money I certainly would not had agreed to pay upfront. I would've gladly paid for an initial consultation, again or extra for the procedure but I did not receive any service and they took £60! It is a shame because I don't want to have to leave this review but, given the circumstances, I am very disappointed and felt it necessary to leave this review so no one ends up in this situation.

I had an amazing waxing experience with Rabia, she made me feel extremely comfortable and was very professional. Also she eased my mind throughout the whole process. I would 100% recommend going to her.
