I had such a wonderful haircut experience with Allan! From the moment I sat in the chair, he made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to what I wanted. His attention to detail and skill are truly impressive, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. Thank you, Allen—I’ll definitely be back!

While washing my hair, the stylist managed to soak my clothes, including my bra. I had to then wear their hair cutting gown because they don't have a robe while apparently my clothes were being dried. I felt cold (this was November 2024). Then it turned out that they didn't have an iron, radiator or heater so someone was drying my clothes using a hair dryer. This took a long time even though the wash, condition and cut was rather quick. There were no apologies or goodwill gestures even though I got late for a work appointment still wearing damp clothes (see photo). My haircut didn’t even look like my hair had been cut! Such poor service for £118 (though I paid half due to a Timeout offer)- I won't be going back in a hurry! It seems that their reviews are AI written or modified, so beware of these 4.9 star reviews which fooled me. As they say themselves!

During my visit to London, I stopped by The House of Keune by Bloom to get my hair done, and it turned out to be the best experience I've ever had at a hair salon. Booking the appointment was incredibly easy, and the service was flawless from start to finish. Simone, my hairdresser, did an exceptional job – the hair coloring was perfect, the head massage was incredibly relaxing, and the haircut was spot-on. She was not only highly skilled but also very kind and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this salon and Simone for anyone looking for top-notch service!
