Avoid! I bought the deal from groupon- 6 IPL hair removal. I experienced the similar treatment as the other review (Jenna) in this website. Greek therapist was great, but unfortunately she left. In my 5th session; which I booked 2 months ago, first; they told me that my treatment finished. And second; after some talk, they gave me my 5th session with a horrible attitude and saying that it was my 6th and last session. Because of they do not keep their customers' reports; and with a lack of care, they did not want to give my last treatment. Clearly they did a mistake (I have proofs), instead of correcting it, they avoided my friendly approach and they continuously tried to shut me off with an argumentative attitude in reception. I came home, checked my diary and I was right. I wrote emails to the owner and to their other email addresses, no reply! Phoning the office was not any help. I phoned the clinic and tried to talk to the receptionist again, her same attitude again. She lied to me about phoning me back. And she lied to me about she is sending me an email reply. And most of all, she hanged the phone on my face! … customer? I phoned back, saying that she was very rude and requested my last treatment which I paid long before as a customer. This is not acceptable. I never experienced such a horrible treatment ever in my life, specially after I paid. Neither the owners nor the employees care about the customers! Ruins all fun, avoid!

My first few treatments were good...I felt like I was having a real spa treatment, I was offered water, I had time to get dressed and undressed in my own time - overall felt like a nice experience. Then my usual therapist (who was Greek) left all of a sudden and I found I was left with an amateur beauty therapist who I am sure used to be the receptionist who is not long out of high school! (Probably why no one around to answer the phone either by the way!) My treatments thereafter were sub-standard and the inexperienced therapist I was lumbered with each time kept asking me where she should do the treatment- surely that was her job! My treatments were meant to be 45 mins but each time i went I was rushed in and out of the therapy room so the next person could use the room! Once it was reduced to 20 minutes and I was promised the extra time another day! I feel that they probably have a lot of business via groupon, wowcher etc. and have sheer numbers, therefore sacrificing the clients experience. It was an unpleasant experience and I feel the management who you see walking up and down just makes one feel quite uneasy. Go there if you must with the online deals...but good service you will ot get!!!
