I’ve been a member at this gym for 3 years, and my experience has taken a drastic turn for the worse, primarily due to the management under Tim Kipling and his staff Sarah. Over the years, I’ve seen the gym’s service and environment deteriorate, and Tim's attitude as the general manager has only made things worse. His treatment of members has been disrespectful. Tim's arrogance and lack of professionalism have created a toxic atmosphere, and his poor judgment in hiring staff has resulted in a team that is untrained and disengaged. As a long-time member, it’s disheartening to see such a decline in the quality of service and care at a place I once enjoyed. I can no longer recommend this gym to anyone, and I truly hope that management reconsiders their choice of leadership and staff.

The Laboratory Spa has shown a complete lack of integrity by unfairly charging customers and hiding behind contract terms to avoid issuing rightful refunds. Despite clear agreements and valid reasons for cancellation, they continue to take money without concern for their members’ well-being. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility demonstrate a business model that prioritizes profit over customer service. Instead of addressing concerns with fairness and understanding, they rely on rigid policies to justify unethical practices, leaving customers frustrated and out of pocket. This kind of treatment reflects poorly on their reputation. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Hello, I would like to complain about the lady in the coffee shop Angie that I witnessed that she was being horrible to a very nice lady in the gym whilst I was in the queue and I think this is unacceptable as she was being nice to others on purpose infront of her as she was also purposely serving people behind her first as she wasn't there in the first place. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect. Apart from that the gym and the management is very good therefore I would give it 5 stars. Thank you. Michael.
