Very disappointed. They increased my monthly membership amount by £100/month unannounced and without my consent (I found out only by checking my bank statements), and then they didn’t respond to my multiple emails requesting clarification. Avoid.

I highly recommend a spa day here! The massage was fantastic, and all facilities were clean and functional. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, along with separate men's and women's sauna and steam rooms, added to the overall relaxation experience. Service from staff was also great.
