Really worth the trip. My Mum and I loved it. Decent classes if you're there to exercise. The gym's not so great (small, but it's got some decent equipment), but the other facilities are top notch. There's a crazy underground corridor from the hotel to the spa with trickling water and a massive elephant statue. My swedish massage was pretty damned good and my Mum's facial had her straight off to sleep and glowing after. The steam rooms and plunge pool choices are impressive and if the sun's out there's a great garden to hang out in. Great food in the restaurants. Not much to do outside the hotel but it's right on a pebble beach if you fancy a bracing walk in the Northern air.
