Got there at 6pm, I could see she was closing up and had a face like thunder when I walked in, but the shop says its open til 7pm on a Saturday. She asked if I had a booking, and I said no as I've never previously needed a booking. She said she wasn't accepting anymore customers for the day. Yet there was no one in there?!? I went to Sainsbury's across the road as I'd travelled from Vauxhall just to go to the tanning shop. When I came out of Sainsbury's there was still no one in the tanning shop.

Poor product and poor service - 6 tubes not working in stand-up machine, tanning session shut down randomly after 4 minutes of 7, person running the shop wasn’t able to refund me herself and waited on hold to head office for 5 minutes before I lost interest. Useless.
