Three Elements is a hidden gem in South West London providing everything for a perfect spa day. I started by having an hour long sauna session with my partner in the beautiful Finnish sauna. The temperature was good and I felt my stress had melted away by the end. I also indulged in a massage and facial with the fabulous Elena and it was one of the best days I have had this Winter. Pure heaven!

An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The sauna was perfectly heated, allowing for deep relaxation, and the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had—both therapeutic and deeply soothing. Kate was so professional, welcoming, and highly skilled. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

I am extremely satisfied with the facial care that Elina gave me. My skin is glowing and is like a new after her professional cleansing and cosmetics. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and convenience of the private sauna they provide for use. Can't wait for the next procedure :) Thanks a lot!
