Couldn't recommend Touch Tuina enough. I was suffering with an injury that wouldn't go away. Strength training, physiotherapy and rest didn't do the trick, so I booked a couple of sessions with Issie at Touch Tuina, Catford, and so much progress was made within a couple of weeks. Issie is a top man and very passionate about his work. I'll be coming back!

My treatment was with Issie and Lenna. They were both very informative and explained in detail about the benefits of their particular treatment. I have been experiencing terrible chronic pain particularly in hips/head/lower back for the past 2+ years. Been to various NHS doctors/specialists had scans and other tests. I am also going through the menopause which has left me amongst other symptoms, with painful digestive and gyno issues. As conventional medicine was not able to help (without prescribing strong pain killers) I turned to alternative therapy. I have always been very fit practicing yoga/strength training for many years. I had not heard of Tunai before so I did a bit of research and felt it might be a good fit for me. I am so glad I went with my gut instinct. From the very first treatment I felt much more agile. No more twinges in my hip and no headaches. Another surprise was I could finally see a difference with my digestive issues. The level of care and understanding I received from both Issie and Lenna were amazing. I must say I also liked that they just ‘got on with it’. Meaning there was no drawn-out long chat pre hand (they already knew my symptoms). The value for money is incredible. Although I have not been treated by Adrian, I noticed that he too was informative and passionate about his therapy. I have recommended this clinic to all my family and friends.Sukie.

Touch Tuina has been truly life changing for me and my chronic shoulder issues. Prior to trying TT, I had been referred to months of standard physio, i'd had cortisol injections...nothing was reducing the pain/tension in my shoulder. After the first session at TT, I could feel a difference. I immediately booked a second session a week later and by the end of that session I felt like I had a new shoulder. I am now living a pain free life, I'm more flexible, and it's improved my overall wellbeing. I could not recommend this place, and specifically Adrian, more!
