Not even worth one star. Totally rubbish communication with prices and don't give you the hair colour you want and even when you ask them not to have somethings and it turns out that way they still except you to pay full price still. Will not be going there again and certainly don't recommend it to anyone , could of done a better job with a ?5 hair dye with my eyes closed .

Terrible service. Rude staff. Sat waiting for ages to been seen. Receptionist was snappy and rude when I left, couldn't wait to take my money. Cut was average but not completely straight at bottom! Don't go!!

Incredibly disapointed to the point I left crying. Went to waves in risborough for a fringe trim on 22122014. I asked Sarah to have it trimmed to be in line with my eyebrows. However, she trimmed it so that it was above this and so that it was uneven. Upon, saying this to her the she responded "oh I think we got our wires crossed." Not sure how more specific than in line with my eyebrows I could be. She then offered to even it up but after having her make such an awful job of it anyway I wasn't willing to risk her making it worse. And to be honest I was completely upset and almost in tears by this point that all I wanted to do was get out of the salon. I have since managed to get it evened up as the far right side was an inch longer than the rest but there is not much more I can do about the quality of the actual fringe trim without it going even shorter. It has been described by family members as something that would look OK on a four year old and using a pudding bowl would gain the same effect. Not exactly what you expect from an award winning salon!!! Overall, really upset with the whole experience. And not the way I particularly wanted to look this party season!
