I give it 5 stars as it is a lovely little shop . BUT not very pleasant experience today when I asked a question, the shop assistant .( I must point out it was the Australian one as they was another lady working there ) She just wasn’t listening to me and I kept repeating but no she knew better than me, I then showed up at the till to pay for a cream £27.00 (so not little money , she yawned in my face with no apology , I did point out to her she had just yawned to my face and didn’t say thank you upon giving me my receipt. I think beck to the drawing board to learn some manners as well as the art of customer service which clearly she needs to study thoroughly. Shame I have known the owner since his first shop and I always try to go buy something there every now and then as it is a lovely shop and he is a lovely chap . I happen to regularly work in retail and happy to give her lessons in basic customer service so that people come back .

I had such a great experience here! Great vibes, stock and staff! Both ladies are qualified nutritionists and that helped me massively to make an informed and safe purchase that I feel sure about! I guess I found my new local favourite One thing I could say is that it would be great if the store supplied more facial toners!. I personally would love to see one more product from Pai Skin Care added to the list or any other not based on alcohol! Thank you for making my day Diana!
