Leighton House Museum on Holland Park showcases the paintings of Lord Leighton, who was an eminent artist during the reign of Queen Victoria. Another attraction to the area is North End Road Market, which is open six days a week. The stalls offer a range of wares, but many specialise in fruit and vegetables. Public transport in the area is very good, with a number of underground stations including West Kensington underground station, which is located on North End Road and operates on the District line. Another is Barons Court underground station, which is located on Palliser Road and runs on the Piccadilly line. Earl's Court underground station on Warwick Road also runs on the Piccadilly line. The nearest overground station is Kensington Olympia Railway Station on Olympia Way. Additionally, a number of bus routes pass through the area.
