I visited this spa twice in September. First visit was to infil my gel overlay. The technician was young, sweet and moderately knowledgeable of her trade. The procedure was carried out in a dimly lit area which resulted in a 'not-so-perfect' finish. Upon leaving I noticed that the gel was raised and sharp in areas around my cuticles which meant I had to file down (thus removed the shine in) these areasSecond visit I completed a pre-consultation sheet. It asked 'what' I was looking for from my experience. My answer was 'exfoliation' as I had been on holiday and my skin was extremely dry. I received a chocolate wrap which was reduced to £60 [special offer] which indicated that I would be exfoliated beforehand ... I wasn't! I came away utterly disappointed because I felt that I had wasted my money/time and that my therapists was not competant in assesing my requirements.Whilst I was there I also placed an order for a product which was out of stock. They explained that they only made monthly orders and that they would contact me around 10 days later once the item had arrived - I'm still waiting 3 weeks on!!!
